One of our primary concerns at GreenStar PCs is the environment. We use recycled materials whenever possible to help reduce waste and lower our prices.
All GreenStar PCs are shipped in their original factory boxes to eliminate the need for additional packaging.
Styrofoam is avoided at all cost, and in most cases recycled paper or biodegradable packing peanuts are used (and reused) to reduce environmental impact.
Whenever a computer is recycled through GreenStar PCs we try to salvage as many components as possible before bringing it to the recycling establishment. However, salvaged parts are not used in GreenStar computers. In most cases, salvaged parts are donated to local schools and charities or sold to our affiliates.
Also, with our
Buyback Program, old GreenStar computers can receive new life after refurbishment.
